Bluevine has agreed to be acquired by Valley National Bancorp, the parent company of Valley Bank. We wanted to give you a bit more detail on what this means for you.
Nothing changes today as a result of this announcement. Bluevine and Valley will continue to operate separately until the transaction closes, which remains subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions. Specifically:
- Your account and how you access it stay the same
- Your account and routing numbers stay the same
- Your Bluevine debit or credit cards stay the same
- Your pricing, rates, terms and repayment schedules stay the same
- How you reach us for support stays the same
Your deposits are unaffected. Eligible deposits keep the same FDIC insurance coverage and limits you have today, and your APY stays the same. If you have a line of credit or a credit card with us, your rate, terms, and repayment schedule are also unaffected.
By joining Valley Bank, we are bringing together the strength, scale, and capabilities of an established bank to the technology and small business expertise you already know from Bluevine. It’s a stronger foundation for us to keep investing in the platform you use every day. Over time, we expect that to bring you more too — like Valley’s network of 220+ locations, Zelle, and additional credit products. We’ll share details as new capabilities roll out.
