Global Founders Premier Promotional Terms & Conditions

Promotional Terms and Conditions: Sponsor: Bluevine Inc. (“Bluevine”), 30 Montgomery, Suite 1400, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Bluevine is the sole Sponsor of this promotion event.

Eligible Participants: This promotion is non-transferable and limited to one offer per new Bluevine Business Checking Account customer (“New Customer”). For the avoidance of doubt, a New Customer is a natural person who does not have an existing Bluevine Business Checking Account held in the name of a business of which they are an owner and has not had such an account open in the last twelve (12) months. In order to be eligible, New Customers must (i) be at least 18 years old; and (ii) be a legal resident of a country other than the United States. For the avoidance of doubt, legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. are not eligible for this promotion. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or household members of each such person are not eligible. This promotion may be combined with the $500 International Welcome Offer promotion. Customers who meet the conditions of both promotions will receive the benefits of each. All monetary values stated herein are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Conditions and Promotional Period: To receive the benefits associated with this promotion, New Customers must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the preceding section and:

1. Apply for and open a Bluevine Business Checking Account (“Account”) using bonus referral code GLOBE26 between 12:00:00 AM EST on May 1, 2026 and 11:59:59 PM EST on August 31, 2026; and
2. Deposit at least $50,000 into their Account within thirty (30) days of account opening. For the avoidance of doubt, Bluevine’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

Promotional Benefits: New Customers who meet all eligibility requirements and conditions will receive the following for twelve (12) months beginning on the date the promotion qualifications are met:

1. Bluevine Premier at No Cost. The customer must enroll in Premier within 30 days of opening the Account. The monthly Premier subscription fee ($95/month) will be waived for the initial twelve (12) consecutive months beginning with the first monthly billing cycle upon Premier enrollment. At the end of the twelve-month promotional period, the Account will remain on the Premier plan and the standard Premier subscription fee of $95/month will apply unless the customer downgrades their plan. Bluevine may waive the subscription fee in any given month based on account activity, consistent with the terms of the Premier plan then in effect.
2. Promotional FX Pricing. The customer will receive foreign exchange payment pricing of 0.75% of the payment amount with no per-transaction fee, in place of the standard applicable rate for the customer’s plan tier. At the end of the twelve-month promotional period, the standard FX pricing for the customer’s then-current plan tier will apply.
3. Dedicated Account Manager. The customer will be assigned a dedicated Bluevine account manager available during the customer’s local business hours (minimum two (2) hours per business day).

Limitation of Liability: Bluevine and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by participants for any damage, loss, or liability to persons or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the promotional benefits or participation in this promotion. Bluevine reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or end the promotion at any time and exclude any participant for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or other misconduct, and may also terminate any Bluevine accounts you may have with us.

Miscellaneous: The promotional benefits associated with this promotion may be subject to U.S. federal tax reporting and withholding requirements. You are responsible for any applicable taxes resulting from this promotion. Please consult your tax advisor if you have questions about tax treatment.
