$500 International Welcome Offer Promotional Terms and Conditions

Promotional Terms and Conditions: Sponsor: Bluevine Inc. (“Bluevine”), 30 Montgomery, Suite 1400, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Bluevine is the sole Sponsor of this promotion event.

Eligible Participants: This promotion is non-transferable and limited to one offer per new Bluevine Business Checking Account customer (“New Customer”). For the avoidance of doubt, a New Customer is a natural person who does not have an existing Bluevine Business Checking Account held in the name of a business of which they are an owner and has not had such an account open in the last twelve (12) months. In order to be eligible, New Customers must (i) be at least 18 years old; and (ii) be a legal resident of a country other than the United States. For the avoidance of doubt, legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. are not eligible for this promotion. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or household members of each such person are not eligible.

This promotion may be combined with the Global Founders promotion. Customers who meet the conditions of both promotions will receive the benefits of each. All monetary values stated herein are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Conditions and Promotional Period: To receive the $500 bonus associated with this promotion, New Customers must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the preceding section and:

Apply for and open a Bluevine Business Checking Account (“Account”) using bonus referral code GLOBE26 between 12:00:00 AM EST on May 1, 2026 and 11:59:59 PM EST on August 31, 2026;
Deposit at least $5,000 into their Account within thirty (30) days of account opening;
Maintain a minimum daily balance of $5,000 in their Account for ninety (90) consecutive days beginning on the 31st day after Account opening; and
Send at least $50,000 in eligible foreign exchange (“FX”) payments through their Account within ninety (90) days of account opening. Eligible FX payments are bona fide foreign exchange payments made for legitimate business purposes to unaffiliated third-party recipients in the normal course of business. Eligible FX payments exclude payments to any entity owned or controlled by the Account holder or any of its owners, officers, or directors; payments that are returned, reversed, or refunded in whole or in part; and any payments determined by Bluevine or its banking partner, in their reasonable discretion, to be invalid, fraudulent, or not primarily for business purposes.For the avoidance of doubt, Bluevine’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

Notification: If a New Customer meets all of the eligibility requirements and conditions of the promotion, Bluevine will deposit the $500 bonus into their Bluevine Business Checking Account by the tenth day of the month that follows the month in which the last requirement was met, provided that the Account is not closed or suspended.

Limitation of Liability: Bluevine and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by participants for any damage, loss, or liability to persons or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the bonus or participation in this promotion. Bluevine reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or end the promotion at any time and exclude any participant for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or other misconduct, and may also terminate any Bluevine accounts you may have with us. Bluevine also reserves the right to reverse the bonus if a New Customer closes their Bluevine Business Checking Account within 150 days of funding it.

Miscellaneous: The bonus associated with this promotion may be subject to U.S. federal tax reporting and withholding requirements. You are responsible for any applicable taxes resulting from this promotion. Please consult your tax advisor if you have questions about tax treatment.
