Nacha Authorizations
ACH Transfers Agreement
You understand and agree to this Transfers Agreement as providing standing authorization in connection with the Bluevine Checking Account number for your Account or Sub-account(s) and all externally connected bank accounts (collectively, “Accounts”). This standing authorization provides advance permission to Bluevine Inc. and its assignees, successors, or service providers (“Bluevine”) to debit or credit the Account, in varying amounts and on varying dates, corresponding with the amounts, dates, and details of transactions initiated through your Bluevine dashboard (“Subsequent Entries”). You further authorize Bluevine to debit or credit your Account to correct any erroneous entries. Subsequent Entries will be processed under the Operating Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) and you agree to comply with NACHA rules and all applicable law.
This standing authorization supplements and is further subject to the terms of the Bluevine Business Checking Account Agreement (“Account Agreement”). This standing authorization is effective as of your Bluevine Checking Account opening date and will remain in effect until revoked by you by following the process outlined in your Account Agreement. Bluevine may terminate this standing authorization due to Bluevine Checking Account suspension, closure, or for any other reason without notice to you. Please note that revocation or termination of the standing authorization will not cancel any payment that is initiated before your revocation becomes effective.
We recommend that you retain a copy of this authorization for your records. A link to this agreement will be available in the Documents folder on your Bluevine Dashboard.
