Consumer Disclosure Report Consent

I authorize Bluevine and Coastal Community Bank to obtain information from my personal consumer report in connection with my application for a deposit account, and from time to time while my account is open. This information may be used to detect and prevent account fraud, as well as to assess my eligibility for enhanced account features, including, but not limited to, expedited check hold times.

I understand that I may revoke my consent at any time by emailing compliance@bluevine.com.
